I don't have knowledge about this, but IMO it sounds grotesque. I guess
there are other Linux for this kind of usage, but
I have not tried tethering with an iPhone and Ubuntu Studio. I think it
should just be seen by Ubuntu Studio as a wireless access point which you
should be able to connect to.
Perhaps someone else on the list can help answer this question? I thought
with Ubuntu Studio you might need to install
