Chrome's unresponsive renderer dialog groups unresponsive tabs that are
hosted in the same process. webbrowser-app wouldn't be able to do this
because we don't provide the ability to determine which webviews are

compile it for linux64 at the moment) and provide it in lp:~oxide-
developers/oxide/+git/oxide-tools. GN changed recently in a backwards-
