If i install a fresh copy of ubuntu from the site ver 22.0.4.2 with kernel
5.15.76 I have no issues installing my P2200 Quadro.
The ubuntu server is a vm running on my esxi server running 7.0.3N.

Noticed a 6.2.0-26 kernel was released and updated.
updated/installed it, and booted into it.
And... nvidia loads and works again.
Feels a bit like a lottery, but happy still can use my investment with
current ubuntu.

kernel/driver updates i notice nvidia 390 is broken again.

Is message "RmInitAdapter failed" message gone after restarting with nvidia and
kernel updates from last days? I noticed 2 updates. I had to remote login over
ssh to analyze logging before fix.

- Xorg Lockup (screen/keyboard), need remote ssh to recover nicely (killall -9
Xorg)
- nvidia module load issues with 6.x kernels
The nvidia module load issue can be worked around, by starting previous 5.19.x
kernel from before upgrade, or
