BUJUMBURA, Nov 22 (Reuters) - Hutu rebels launched a wave of attacks around
the Burundi capital on Friday as fringe rebel groups negotiated the return of
their exiled leaders at talks in South Africa.
"Many bombs were thrown since early Friday
