try maybe WPKG - http://wpkg.sourceforge.net ? Eeek .. my bad .. i did saw some references to wpkg, but thougth it'd be some windows tool/set_of_tools that could help out in the job. I did however install the unattended-ui and at least graphically and the content looked like
