Has windows installer 3.1 or the genuine tool been added to
any of the update scripts in the CVS? I don't see it anywhere.
After installing windows and hitting the update site those are the first two
things that it wants installed before it will pick up the latest security
fixes.
the windows installer 3.1 is installed. Weird.
