Did anyone attend the Gardencourt Community meeting
last week? I was not able to make it and am very curious at the
outcome. I heard through the grapevine that Blackwell announced there
would be a Freshgrocer at 48th and Pine. Is this true? If so what
are the plans and the projected
we should start charging so people can use the playground???
Just my 2 cents.

Ok lets not get technical. The average person
in manhatten does not usually have a backyard. Its a little less frequent
there. If you can afford to have a backyard in manhatten then you have
some big bucks and can afford to have someone take car of your dog.

The residents of Garden Court Condo's, on Pine Street between 46th and 47th
Streets, will be hosting a Flee Market tomorrow starting at 12pm. We will
be set up on the sidewalk just out front of the building. Please stop by

Just for the
record, a few weeks ago I
never have
happened. I can understand if they want to do a shoot that they use one or
two blocks but to block off 4 or 5 blocks at a time for a few days when they
are only filming on one block just doesn't make sense to me. Do the actors
really need 5 trailers?

I'm curious if anyone knows what the extra 'half'
lane on Chestnut streetbetween 38th and 34th is for? It starts at
38th street on the right side of the street with diagonal lines painted across
it and then the diagonal lines disappear. Its not wide enough for a car to
drive down it
