I bike everyday. I agree with John that Bikes should stick to the street. SideWALKS are for walking and not for biking. Bike lanes are for biking and not for parking or driving in!!! That's the problem. Why have the bike lanes if they're just going to be used as parking lanes. I don't understand the point of creating a greater danger for bikers. Bikers need to be given more respect. Bikers cut down on pollution, create less traffic and also help ease the parking problem. I also think bikers themselves need to think about pedestrians and stay off the sidewalks especially where there are alternatives such as bike lanes.
