Having just spent 2 hours trying to get my apache working again (because
of this issue) in 9.10 (and yes I tried but failed to find an existing
bug until I tried to report it, having figured it out) - I question
whether it is indeed invalid.

I'll see if I can get them to resurrect that bug as it's clearly still a
problem despite what they say.
