Dear Reporter,

this bug has nothing to do with zend-framework.

Please check that the include_path variable in php.ini is not commented
out, which means, that you need to remove the ";" before the
include_path directive in your php.ini.

It's a bug of PHP because when you use ${include_path} (like we do in
zend-framework.ini) and it's not really set in the php.ini, it can't
access this data and php is crashing.
