Dear Reporter, this bug has nothing to do with zend-framework.
Please check that the include_path variable in php.ini is not commented out, which means, that you need to remove the ";" before the include_path directive in your php.ini. It's a bug of PHP because when you use ${include_path} (like we do in zend-framework.ini) and it's not really set in the php.ini, it can't access this data and php is crashing. The bug is described in http://bugs.debian.org/cgi- bin/bugreport.cgi?bug=497453 and it's described in /usr/share/doc/libzend-framework-php/README.Debian Setting to invalid.
