hi mff,
Sorry I can not be much help to you, my knowledge of ALSA is limited.
Just a few points in case it is something obvious.
You are editing /etc/asound.conf?
You need to do a backup to make the changes persistent ($ pcp bu)
My limited ALSA knowledge is shown on the asound web pages.
Hi Topdog,
You may have been looking at my earlier post regarding NTFS. It was
specifically pCP version 3.01 which had a Tinycore version mismatch for
extra filesystem support, and therefore could not support NTFS and other
non-default filesystem types. I've installed 3.02 and confirmed that

hi holck,
You need to be in [Advanced] or [Beta] mode.
1. Select [Tweaks]
2. Scroll down to [ALSA 10 band Equalizer]
I'm probably missing something obvious, but I've searched and searched
without finding the answer - how can I use the ALSA-equalizer with
piCorePlayer?

Here is the startup logs of LMS:

Backup config to usb will work. but that only does a backup of your
config. If you had extra things installed, that stuff is not backed up
or restored.
First off - a big shoutout to all the people actively developing the
LMS/SB environment! Not only is it keeping my wonderful LMS/SB
environment (and large investment) alive...but excitingly its better
than it ever was! THANKS ALL!!! (Yes I have donated several times to the
cause... :) )
I just

Yes - that will work.

Does the "backup config to USB" and re-install option work OK - I guess
it should be OK, which will help.

Unfortunately no. the card needs to be rewritten to fix the
filesystem/partitions. And any data on the current card needs to be
replaced.

I think I'm stuck at the point that pCP doesn't accept my custom
asound.conf.
Can one of the developers explain why the dmix, dsnoop and other user
created outputs are missing in pCP?
Is it possible that "Unknown field bindings" mean that this version of
alsa doesn't know the bindings command

If we've installed the original image, is there an easy way to do an
inplace "re-install" - without having to do a blank install?

If you grabbed an image before my post, I would grab a new image..
hi,
i have running squeezelite v802 and when trying to play 192kHz encoded
files sitting on LMS server - i get errors on squeezelite and music
drops out after couple of seconds.
Samples are from: http://www.linnrecords.com/recording-test-files.aspx
Squeezelite is compiled with FFMPEG and lossy

Updated from 3.01 to 3.02 and now my Digi+ is working with Shairplay !
Thanks !
However I have another issue, with LMS. I cannot see any radio. The
radio menu returns an empty page (on LMS page and iPeng app). I already
had the issue in the past... I put again my mysqueezebox.com credential
