You can try to download the file from the repo manually and copy to the

That indeed did improve the situation. But then the network adapter
still wasn't found, then the soundcard, then... eventually I started
from scratch and am back in business now. Thanks!

The only cards using ESS products that officially supported are the.
Audiophonics iSabre Q2M and the Allo Katana.
All other DACs "might" work with a Generic i2s card.

Hi all,
In the audio-settings part of LMS there is a remark that states that
'Lame' is needed for best playback of MP3 files. Is it meant for just
encoding or for playback too, I wonder.
Though I do not succeed in installing the plugin by pointing to the
opened file on the LMS page. This does no

the OLED library is included in the archive and is copied to the shared
library folder when you execute the gomonitor script
check where the files where extracted, and ensure they are located in

note that I updated the binaries with the gomonitor edit as well as

Sounds like the extension is corrupted.but that would have happened
after download.
The MD5 is only checked at download.it does not get checked at each
boot.

Hi all,
When PcP includes LMS I like solutions with switch-off button to avoid
brutal shutdowns. Also it is quite an elegant solution to start the
device, instead of getting to the wall to plug/unplug etc.
I guess this is still possible to use a GPIO power button with this
display? PcP in its in

Hi everyone,
I recently had my first experiences with PiCorePlayer as server+player
and I am very impressed.
I was using a DAC Audiophonics i-sabre ES9023. They have some
instructions to install the DAC on PiCorePlayer:

I was thinking of changing the stream title, but I can have the playlist
title do more or less the same thing. I have a custom icon which I'm
going to int
Easiest way is with a keyboard and monitor. You can run 'mount' and see
if that extension is mounted.
pcp-6.0.0-www.tcz is mounted on /tmp/tcloop/pcp-6.0.0.-www. But it's
almost empty. Only has a few libedit related files/links in there.
How many times have you tried to boot it?

How many times have you tried to boot it? What kind of pi is it? I
have occasionally seen on a pi zero where during boot the kernel cannot
create loop devices dynamically fast enough. But
About the only way for that to happen is if pcp-6.0.0-www.tcz is not
loaded.
How could I verify/investigate that? Or is it not worth it?... That
thing is quickly set up.
But as it's the same unit that caused problems during the upgrade I was
wondering whether that SD card is about to give up

All you did is move it? hmmm. Doesn't make sense.

I brought my pCP based controller home from the office. Plugged it in,
and it doesn't re-boot. It stops with "Missing WWWROOT". Any idea what I
could do there?

Hi
As a player it is fine.
It can also run LMS but then it does start to feel slow.
