The way it is today the debian packages are useless and frustrating. I don't want to offend anyone for continuing work on lms, but offering non working packages is worse than offering no packages at all. They're not non-working. They just don't work with your OS/architecture combination.

What Linux distribution are you running? I have archlinux 3.17.2-1 running on a 32-bit i686 Intel Atom board. I think Triode has a package for Arch Linux. You should probably try that one (isn't the whole idea of Arch Linux that you compile your stuff yourself?). -- Michael
