I've installed 6.1.0 from an image a few days old.
Just installed LMS and it installed 7.9.3. which surprised me.
Tried to ssh in and use the script to update to 8.0.0 and it says 7.9.3
is the latest
Looking at the upgrade script I see it basically tries
You can select which version (i.e. 7.9.3, 7.9.4, 8.0.0), however, you
cannot pick which commit to use. AFAIK, the distribution server only
keeps the latest version of the tarballs.
If you want to play with different git commits., then you will need to
install from git, and handle everything
