Just to update the thread. I sent the card back, they tested it,
confirmed it was faulty and sent me a new one. They even refunded the
postage I paid to send it back. Good service.

I've got a now redundant Pi2 that I want to experiment with PiCorePlayer
on. At present I am using a really old ReadyNasDuo which is stuck at
LMS 7.80. So I'm missing out on a lot of stuff. It's slow but it does
