Just to update the thread. I sent the card back, they tested it, confirmed it was faulty and sent me a new one. They even refunded the postage I paid to send it back. Good service.
Plugged it in and it worked straight away with no settings changed from the Digi+ Pro, so I'm very happy now. The system sounds magnificent! Thanks for everybody's help.
