again, and Im rather happy about it. It runs on my Linux system and
since it now supports PulseAudio, Im loving it. With only a few tweaks,
I can even use it as an input to my JACK 2 audio system (i.e., IDJC),

I'm feeling a little stupid to have kept you busy with this. A simple
apt-get purge and dpkg -i did the trick. Everything works now. I don't
know what was wrong - I guess I might have installed LMS via Raspbian
GUI and a second time via dpkg/repo. Might have been a duplicate
Anyone have any luck using this DAC?

Hi Guys,
I tried to use two 7.1 sound cards with some more squeezelite instances
with pcP 6.0.0-b7 on RPI4 but when I want to start a new instance over
ssh with the following code nothing happens.
Code:
sudo /usr/local/bin/squeezelite -n "piCorePlayer2" -o stereofront1
I updated a few minutes ago from b5 to b7 without any problem!

Make sure your Max2Play is up to date and then update your LMS.
Reboot.
It appears your 3B+ is still using Stretch.
If you have no luck and if there is no help available here, try the
Max2play forums.

I have been using a Raspberry Pi 3b+ with Squeezelite (through Max2Play)
for years with a Benchmark Dac1 with no issues. I recently acquired a
Benchmark Dac2, however, and despite a ton of effort and web surfing I
can't get it to work.
