No, sorry!
But as you are from Sydney, I have bought the "Earth and Sun and Moon"
CD 1993 in Sydney. :-)
Long time ago, but it was the best holiday trip ever!

I've added the -C 5 option to squeezelite.

That worked, especially after I changed from using SFTP to SCP. Thanks!

A bit less than that, actually, since it's running software that makes
it a dedicated music player (in my example). You could run any pi
software on it and do other things if you wanted.

Hello,
Sorry to hijack this thread, but it best matches what I want to do. I've
just installed pCP V6.0 and patched to 009, but that aside I'm a pCP
newbie.
I have questions about enabling and using Bluetooth.
I've enabled Bluetooth and disabled WiFi on the WiFi settings page, and
rebooted.
Hi, any one managed to get the Raspdac mini remote control and OLED
screen working with squeezelite in Picoreplayer? Thanks

I have several PiCorePlayer setups using pi's and the official 7"

I was on piCorePlayer v6.0.0 | www v0008 | linux 4.19.105-pcpCore_v8 |
piCore v10.3pCP | Squeezelite
OK, thanks again Paul. I'll take a look and see if I can do that

You need to read the contents of LCD-7CShow and then perform some of
those things manually. You *_can_not_* run the script automatically.
But all of the stuff that goes into config.txt is required.
The input number will change
Thanks, Greg. I made the change you suggested. Unfortunately, I'm

Thanks, Greg. You did indeed warn me - and that's when I started
worrying that, by installing such things, I was doing things not allowed
and beyond my pay grade!
Thanks too, Paul. It is true, I did use different event numbers, as I
had installed a power-off switch between the two episodes.
There was a poatch for Bluetooh in pCP 6 - have you run the patch
installer?
"Patch Update" on Main page.

In your first example you used
/dev/input/event6
and in your second you used
/dev/input/event7
I see that pCP on the official RPi touchscreen uses
/dev/input/event2
So - I think one thing to resolve is which is the right event number to
use for this device.
I do not know how to work this out
You missed my warning about those scripts.
We don't install bash.

I've got a cron job running on my x86_64 build machine that checks for
LMS updates at the nightly downloads page then rebuilds the nocpan
package and updates the repo accordingly. Picked up the change to build
1590299558 and the updated package was available in the repo as of this
morning.

Thanks for the replies, Greg and Paul.
I installed "git" into pcp's TinyCoreLinux with
Code:
tce-load -iw git
then used
Code:
sudo rm -rf LCD-show
git clone https://github.com/goodtft/LCD-show.git
chmod -R 755
Andrsf,
Since devices can be both a sink or a source, Make sure you have set the
device type for each on the pCP Bluetooth web page.
