My issue was that LMS was seen as running but I couldn't connect to it.
It turned out that a bunch of perl libraries was missing. If you stop
the service (sudo service logitechmediaserver stop) and then run it
manually (squeezeboxserver) it ought

Currently using Jivelite + PcP on a RPi 7" touchscreen as a now playing
screen and clock in my dining room.
I currently have the "screensaver when off" as a clock, but I would like
to turn the screen backlight off as per a schedule.

They are in "/var/log/squeezeboxserver". If all you have done is install
LMS maybe a reinstall with static IP would do the trick?

I installed Squeezeboxserver and Squeezelite on my Raspberry Pi 4. It
worked all. I use a HifiBerry DAC+ but if I will use it with squeezelite
I get problems. Sometimes I get it working but always it will not

The ubuntu version is 20.10 server headless. It was downloaded by the

Player name is different that host name.

Hello all
I have an issue with my players not all appearing in LMS / Daphile.
I can only see one player appear at a time but all are on the network.
They seem to be over the top of each other or switching position in some
way as sometimes I will see the 1st player
Then the 2nd then the 3rd
