*Summary Overview of Responsibilities:*



To design, engineer and commission network security solutions as well as
project manage, control, maintain and support network security systems and
solutions based on the TCP/IP environment (i.e. firewall of all
technologies, application firewalls, RAS, network security, etc..) located
in all Global Ops and special firm’s customer's network sites, with focus
on service, quality, efficiency and cost optimization considering the
optimal technology (technology research) and solution.
Work closely with the Security Office, Network Division and other related
organization’s to define, implement and monitor Internet/Extranet security
policies and to ensure that the Global Core's/DC's/Office'/customer's
network security environment is adequately protected from external attacks.
Provide security consulting and implementation of security concepts and
audits for internal and external network customers



*Major Responsibilities:*



- Administration and support (2nd level) of all operated network security
systems
- Design, engineer, implement and support of the firm’s Global Ops and
special

 customer's network security environments in a complex WAN/WLAN/LAN/mobile
environment
- Security technology research as well as integration, validation and
acceptance testing of security technology solutions and the technical
recommendation of new architectural concepts, products, solutions, releases
and enhancements
- Development and definition of  security standards, policies and
procedures, implementing them through technical means
- Monitor policy compliance and laws
- Project management and control of implementations & support of Internet /
Extranet security concepts





*Qualification & Requirements for the position:*



*1. Qualification (School, university, equivalent, etc.)*

University Degree or equivalent work experience
Certified Firewall Administrator (optional)
CISSP (optional)

*2. Know How / Skills*



- Knowledge of networking technologies and concepts including:

- Complete TCP/IP protocol suite including IP addressing scheme,
sub-netting and NAT
- LAN/WAN switching technology including VLANs

- Routing concepts and protocols (OSPF, BGP)

- Switching and routing products (Cisco, Arista, Juniper)

- Internet security and security concepts (firewalling, proxy, RADIUS,
TACACS) (*this skills area is important)*
- Internet principles and technologies (DNS, VPN, SSL, etc.)

-Network management principles and protocols (SNMP)

- In-depth knowledge of network security and networking technologies
including the installation, configuration,

administration, support and reporting of:

 - Cisco ASA and Palo Alto Network firewall devices

   - Site-to Site and Remote Access VPNs

- Blue Coat web proxy/filtering  is a plus to have

- SafeNet Hardware Security Modules (HSM) LUNA SA is a plus to have
- Vulnerability scanning tools (Qualys)
- Device management tools - CSM, Panorama, Blue Coat Director, etc.

- SIEM (QRadar) and network profiling tools (Skybox)



- Strong experience in security designs and best practices

- Excellent analytical and problem solving skills

- Strong skills in technical project work and project management

- Strong ability to work independently and self-motivated with leadership
