OK: so we have a problem with Mac OS, and we have a problem with Linux:
just as long as you don't suggest I start using Windows . . .

I draw charts using a group with text, graphic objects to represent the charts.
Whatever colour I set the text to, it displays correctly on the screen.
I then print the card but on MacOS divert it to preview as a PDF so as not to
waste paper/ink when testing and the text always prints “Black”
When using Print Card form the IDE on a Mac should I see the menubar at the top
of the window?
If the answer is no then is there a setting somewhere?

Thanks Mark, I am aware of this solution but….
Is what I am seeing correct/expected or is it a bug?
Thanks

It looks like the print card command prints the part that was hidden by setting
the vscroll to 20 (or is it 22). Try printing only an area of the card

Yes another thing that has worked for years failing silently.
As near as I can tell, once printing to a pdf (open printing to pdf
abc.pdf), if from/to is specified, the result is printing failed in all
circumstances.
Can anyone else verify this?
