By way of reminder I am having the issue with Windows 10, as my Ventura laptop is still down. (Apparently Apple has not fixed the boot failure problem when doing a minor system update.) Apparently Windows treats every open window as it's own application instance. Alt-Tabbing to an LC window only brings that one window to the front. No pallets or toolbars come with it.
