Let's say you pasted something into fld 1 and you don't like the font you see.
The following script will make fld 1 display the font you have specified for
that fld:
put fld 1 into fld 1
That's what I've been doing for years. There is probably a better way.

On Mac, I've saved URLs as weblocs and then used the launch command:
launch webLocPath with /Applications/Safari.app
On Windows perhaps you could save a URL as a shortcut and do the same?

clipboard manager panel item is on the panel, you loose copy and paste, if
it is not, then it works fine.

If I remember correctly, Rev checks the encoding of a stack when it
opens a stack. If a stack was created on Windows and is opened on Mac,
Rev checks the text encodings of all fields and converts the contents.
I thought/hoped there was a property, which tells me whether a stack
