Scott,
I have had no problem making OS9 standalones from the 2.6.1 OSX rev

all my projects that need OS9 apps, then take the stack to what ever

HI,
Has anyone yet converted their rev 3.0 stacks into OS9 classic
standalones? is the classic build going to be frozen at 2.6.1 for good
now? there was promise that the final classic was going to be in 2.7
or 2.8, but that never seemed to happen (2.8 left it at available soon).

Richard,
I started using Rev. with 2.7, so how do I get a copy of 2.6.1? It
might be a good idea if this were made common knowledge some way or
another, so we don't beat our heads against a stone wall trying to do
Classic with later versions of Rev.

Hmm, it used to be possible to download old versions from their ftp
site at ftp://ftp.runrev.com. But I just tried and it looks like the
pub folder is now empty. Anyone?

Hi François,
I don't think that anything newer than 2.6.1 is able to build
standalones for Mac OS 9. With regard to Rev 3.0, I consider this a
bug, but I have little hope that it is going to be fixed.

Hi Richard,
That doesn't help. It won't work. Rev 2.6.1 is the latest version that
creates working standalones for Mac OS 9. The standalones created by
Rev 3.0 will not run. There is no need to try, although someone might
find out what's wrong with them and come up with a fix.

Richard,
actually more worried about the osx and windows versions of the

stack up in the latest rev for then creating the mac and osx versions.
