Starting bundle ignores exports

Hi Guru, The probem you have is related to obr. I managed to reproduce it by installing obr before I install karaf. The fasted workaround would be to use cellar without obr, till we get it fixed. In the meantime I created a jira to resolve the issue: https://issues.apache.org/jira/browse/KARAF-83
