Every bundle installed under a specific startup level wont show up -- not only
the pre-installed bundles, but you can also make your bundles invisible by
setting the startup level under the treshhold (or increase the threshhold) :).

In Karaf 2.1.x the preinstalled bundles do not show up with osgi:list.
If you wish to list them, then you need to specify 0 thresold:
osgi:list -t 0.
