No logs, Java is correctly stoped and real path is
/publication/authoring/index.html Anyway I tried with differents paths.
I'm not sure about my publication too...

Restarting is not enough in many cases... and sometimes users definitely
loses their groups configuration, and I have to restore iml files...

Do you have errors in logs associated with this ?
Are you sure that all your java processes are stop when you restart your
services ? (I had sometimes stranges behaviour and observe that they are
due to some zombies Tomcat process, that not all shutdown on stop comma
