IO, you either can increase RAM, or get faster disk IO by e.g.
using SSD or even trying out setting up a RAM disk to verify this theory.

this, let me know if you need more info on this. Also, there are a
number of projects doing routing and scheduling with Neo4j Spatial,
e.g. Patrick Fitzgeralds TransportDublin project and others ...

the number of records you can change depends on the transaction size.
Guys, do we have any clue on how many updates Neo4j can do with good
TX size settings? This would mean 10K updates/second ...

Akhil,
as Michael mentioned, if you take both directions of relationships,
you are within the TX trying to remove the relationship from both
ends, thus ending up with that error.
