Ok, this is what I've got on Dima's guide. Sorry for the length of it. I've taken CentOS 6.8 and installed the 'server' package. Point 1 through to 6 are some general feedback on the document. Then I had some issues to get elasticsearch and kibana running, those are addressed from point 7
