You can create different user-groups. For this
please go to:
Administration --> Usergroups
...there clic on green cross, fill in "Name" with
the name you want for this group , for exemple:

In "Add user" you select one by one all the users

1.Should different instances have different usergroups?
2. How do we give one Specific room to a specific user group that
cannot be accessed by any other usergroup.

By design User should select the only group after login
We might change this in later revisions

Can anyone tell me a user or administrator be the member of more than one
usergroups? I add a user in two usergroups but it allows to sign in as a single
usergroup member of his own choice.
