Another approach would be to store a request-id in the form and session and compare this values. On Browser navigation, e.g. reload, browser would sent an old request-id. To be sure you have to combine the two techniques (Post/Redirect + Request-id).

Generally speaking, when you use a struts tag and you do NOT specify an object, the tag will default to using the object at the top of the stack. The push tag lets you force a specific object to be at the top of the stack, so you can write generic, reusable jsp code (like fragments, etc.) that
