Since OLTU is not going away from Maven Central and OAuth 2.0 is pretty
stable I think I will stay with OLTU until there will be any need to move
away

The code and the released artifacts of Apache Oltu will still be
available after the retirement, but there won't be updates anymore.
It's up to you to fork the code or to move towards different libraries
to handle OAuth. There's a list of OAuth libraries: https://oauth.net/code/
