groups can be dumped to a file,
you can use “File” as sync source to sync users and groups.

Currently ranger requires any user with read privileges as the bind user (no
need to have admin privileges for performing sync from LDAP/AD). Anonymous bind
is not currently supported. Just curious, how are these users from Azure AD
mapped to Hadoop?
