Hi Jayapal,
Good day to you, and thank you for your e-mail.
I tried to go into the UI > Instance > NIC section but I can't find "View
IP addresses" tab on the NIC details. See the screenshot here:

Hi,
In UI go to
Instance -> Nic:
In nic details you can find 'View Ip addresses' tab. In this page you can find
'Acquire ip address'.
Thanks,
Jayapal

Does anyone know of a way to resolve the issue? Maybe we should post this in
the dev list...

Hi guys,
I am deploying a CS environment and I am using different networks for
guest, storage and management on CS.
So, when I add a new host on CS, should I use its IP that is on the storage
network, guest, management or it does not matter? I can use any one of them
and then CS will manage this.

Hello,
Sorry for the late reply. I hope you have found the reason by now. If
not please ask your question on the dev list. As I suspect it is a bug
you have more chance getting a sensible answer there.

Michael - same issue here; once I reboot the CPVM, all is well for a bit -
I don't need to reboot the management services though. On 4.1.1 as well.

Have you had any luck in getting the console to respond, once it freezes?

Has anyone else experienced the console access to a vm being unavailable?
Combination of things I have done to attempt to get it back are to reboot the
CPVM, and restart management services. Sometimes this works sometimes it
doesn't...

Thank you.
When you add the template you are asked to provide the OS type (centos,
debian etc), in that field scroll down until you see "Other PV".
