实际上你的问题是你的系统虚拟机起不来，所以还是只能回到最早你给的log来看。从这段可以看出来，创建不了系统虚拟机是因为没找到合适的存储，你要先看看nfs配置是否正确。

A:实测在在KVM+Ubuntu12.04+KVM的情况下，不同硬件规格的机器是可以添加到一个Cluster里面的，但如果要部署虚拟机的话，最好还是按照目前Cluster中最低主频的机器再低的Offering来创建。

Please kindly read the documentation, we've spent many hours putting it
together and it does explain step by step on how to use templates.
To a second issue you mentioned, CloudStack by design will not track
non-CloudStack deployed VMs, so it will not show up in your dashboard.
Do you have any templates on CS? Click on Templates tab and see if there is
any. If there is one, maybe you should try My Templates when creating the
instance.
CS won't show instances that were created outside of CS.

template is not available yet. Fix that problem first before creating an

I’d agree with Nux and use VM for management server. This works well and lends
nicely to scaling up and out as needed.
I use compute/storage nodes with glusterfs and shared mount point but this
could be overkill or waste of storage capacity if you don’t want or need the
added redundancy.
