Yes, you should make sure the filesystem and partitions are within the
to be set new boundaries.
Once that's done you can shrink the volume.
I would recommend:
- Shrink EXT4 + Partitions to 59GB
- Shrink volume to 60GB
- Grow EXT4 + Partitions to 60GB
The step to 59GB is to prevent that

Is there any way (global configuration, role changes, etc.) to restrict
deletion of an instance to the creator only?
For example, I have a Project with a few users. If user A creates an
instance, only user A can delete it. The goal is that one user can't delete
instances from another by mistake.
