As far as I know, libvirt supports vlan tags, but it only works with
openvswitch. Do you use linux bridge or openvswitch?

There’s a feature to pass a vlan range to an interface, but unfortunately
that’s VMWare. There’s no way that I know of to do that in KVM at the moment,
but it would be a great features.
