Hi Ghaith,
Could you please provide us with more info (CloudStack log file might be a
good start)?
Some discussions around the same message on ACS mailing list: [1], [2].
Cheers,
Gabriel.

The following steps should do the trick:
(i) take a snapshot of the VM disk from the ACS 4.3 environment;
(ii) create a VM template from the disk snapshot;
(iii) download the template;
(iv) upload the template on the ACS 4.9 environment.
Cheers,
Gabriel.

Yes, it is possible.
Do you have an advanced network or basic?
For example, in basic network you can change the IP range of a zone by:

I think that you did all right. Unfortunatelly storage migration does not
benefit from Active/Active bonding.

Are you using Active/Passive bond? (This is the bonding where only one NIC

Hi Alessandro,
Unfortunately, CloudStack does not provide this functionality.
At least not out of the box, it would require some extra work.
I will have to check it later, but some script with cloudmonkey[1] might do
the trick (I never tried to use it to take snapshots of a VM, so I am not

Thank you for all the effort Sebastien.
Congrats Will!!
Let’s keep up this great work.

Hi Jhosep,
Could you please add the log related to the error at the CloudStack agent?
With that, we might get a starting point to help you.
Cheers,
Gabriel.

Hello CloudStack community members (@dev and @users),
This email is meant to announce the publication of a project on Github that
provides a distributed virtual machine scheduling platform that can be
easily integrated with Apache CloudStack (ACS). The project is available at

Dear Apache CloudStack users,
I have been discussing with some colleagues about solutions that can help
us to manage our Apache CloudStack (ACS) environments. By management I
mean, dealing with service level agreements (SLAs), management of idle
hosts, the balancing of the environment's virtual ma
Hi Semih,
I do not know much about this issue with any practical experience to give
you an accurate shot. Checking the code (Apache CloudStack 4.6.2) I would
presume the following.
CloudStack handles a snapshot if can find a volume related to the given
snapshot. With that, the CS is able to disco

Not all hypervisors supports NFS (Hyper-V is an example). This link gives
