Private Cloud Quick Install issue

CS users, I am a new user learning and trying to deploy cloudstack. I tried with quick install and was able to bring up the managment server in a virtualBox VM but when shutdown the VM and restart, Management server doesn't seem to work. Am i doing something wrong. Please help. --
