Management server does not come up in CentOS 6.3 minimal but When I use CentOS

How much RAM does the CloudStack VM have?
If it's less than 2GB it will fail the upgrade DB tasks which run the first
time you start it up.

CS users,
I am a new user learning and trying to deploy cloudstack. I tried with
quick install and was able to bring up the managment server in a virtualBox
VM but when shutdown the VM and restart, Management server doesn't seem to
work. Am i doing something wrong. Please help.

xenserver 6.2 contain inbuilt csp packge.

If you are using Ubuntu 12.04 (precise), you don't have to compile again
using Maven since the package repo for Precise is already available.

You need the client on any machine that wants to access a database on another
machine.
You should not have to install the server on each machine.

second server, both on CentOS. I have followed the installation material and
setup mysql and edited the my.cnf file as well, but when I go back to the
management server to run the cloudstack-setup-databases
