Hi Please Ignore this: I managed to fix it myself. It turned out that the VM had been created from a tenant's own ISO and this was causing the permission error - I set the ISO to 'public' temporarily and ACS then allowed me to assign the VM to another account/domain. Gary Dixon Quadris Clou
