You are right...
The public IP address range was exhausted. After cleaning up the resources, I
was able to run the sample script "test_deploy_vm.py" successfully.
On

functional or integration automation.
There are sizable number of test cases exist and you can review them. There
are some wiki pages already written explaining Marvin [1]. Also best practices
