Hi, I am having problem to start CS management. The error show unable to
upgrade databases. MySQL version 5.7, CS 4.9. Any solution? Below are the
error.Thank you

Can you zip and post full management server log?
Can you run cloudstack-sccs and post the value reported?
Looks like upgrade procedure doesn’t correctly determine your version because
schema-40to410.sql shouldn’t get executed during upgrade from 4.6 to 4.9
What version are you upgrading from ?

Hi Kurt,
Can you provide the following:
- A file listing (e.g. a “tree” dump) of the contents of
nfs://162.219.249.166/export/secondary
- Output of the following from your DB: SELECT
id,unique_name,name,type,created,removed,hypervisor_type,state FROM
cloud.vm_template;
Going by the logs it
Dear all,
It seems... that we have found the issue..
Our setup is gluster 3.8 + cloudstack 4.9 + centos7 with kernel
upgraded to 4.8 (we upgraded the kernel as we saw improvements in
network performance in other scenarios)
It seems the new Linux kernel 4.8 breaks Qemu reading from gluster
Hi Dag,

Hi Kurt,
That looks all healthy, and the following shows your system VM template + the
standard CentOS 5.6 template being OK:
| 3 | routing-3 | SystemVM Template (KVM) | SYSTEM | 2016-11-10 01:48:12| NULL
| KVM | Active |
| 4 | centos55-x86_64 | CentOS 5.5(64-bit) no GUI (KVM) | BUILTIN
Sounds like your SSVM isn’t too healthy – I would first of all delete it, let
CS recreate the new one and see if the template starts downloading thereafter.
If you still have problems afterwards do some troubleshooting on your new SSVM
– e.g. run the /usr/local/cloud/systemvm-ssvm-check.sh
You can find some indications in this PR
https://github.com/apache/cloudstack/pull/669 (not yet into 4.9)
