Just for the heck of it, I went to the download site to see if the new
packages are there yet. Forgive me if this is intentional.
Looking at the 4.20.1 packages, they all show "noarch" instead of
x86_64. This prevents updating via dnf (on CentOS 9).

PowerFlex storages, in fresh installation (MS: Rocky Linux 8.4 + Hypervisor
Hosts: Oracle Linux 8.6).
Notice this issue (https://github.com/apache/cloudstack/issues/10981) while
testing, not a blocker.

won't know if they're allocating a shared secondary IP without first checking
