There is a known issue with some Microsoft Mice and Firefox that
exhibits itself as high speed scrolling when using the wheel.
The answer for that is unplug and re-plug usb dongle and then it behaves
normally.

selecting outside the dialog frame. Right-clicking in the dialog does
