I've had similar issues with user defined labels. Make sure to check the
spacing between labels is correctly set. If it is fractionally out, you
will get this sort of cumulative increase in misalignment.

I have had a similar issue with styles I have defined. It's been happening
irregularly for a few years, but I have never found any pattern or trigger

I think I've had similar problems in the past, which I have put down to
corruption of the file. I think I saved as a txt file and then back to odt.
Obviously that means reapplying all the styles in use, which may be an
issue with complex documents.
