I have inadvertently turned on an 'Option' in LO-Calc that now results in
the text of any/all formulae being written in the result cell instead of
the actual result. Please can anybody help me to turn it off again?

So I finally was able to open the CSV file after re-saving it a few
times. Not sure what that's about...
The CSV file has the proper values saved instead of the formulas, so it
appears it's just a display issue. I'll try to dig further to see what
might be going on.

Do you need both parts of D$ to stay fixed? $D keeps the D part fixed and then
$4 keeps the 4 part fixed so you need
=E10/$D$4
(I think)
