Hi Simon, Thanks for your answer. Strange, I did exactly what you said and still have the same problem. All fields are formatted as time HH:mm. Both with the standard formula (=Cell1-Cell2) and using the TIME function (=TIME(0,0,0)-TIME(2,0,0) I get 22:00:00 as my output. Best, Rik
