There are usually 3 ways to make a document into pdf.
1. File - "Save As ..."
2. File - "Export to pdf"
3. Print - to file - pdf (the default is ".ps")
Perhaps you need an add-on/extension but i thought you got the right one in a

I am trying to export documents to pdf. I have a macro which worked
most of the time using OOo, but it does not work in LO.
I use this code..

V3.3 under Windows (I haven't tried Linux yet) the list of documents
available on the dropdown on the LibreOffice start screen doesn't
have full length tooltips, the one on the "File/Recent Documents"
does.
This (of course) means that long file paths hide filenames.
