Since libreoffice versions 4.2.x for mac os X, I noticed I can't switch
anymore between multiple windows by pressing cmd+' .
Does anybody know how to workaround this issue?

Have you tried renaming your User Profile to see if that fixes it?

It gets back to factory defaults and often solves weird problems that
just suddenly start. If it doesn't help then just rename you old profile

I just noticed something. I have LibreOffice 4.2.4.2 on some Windows
machines and recently also on two Linux (xubuntu 14.04) machines.
Usually on the Windows machines the KB shortcut Ctrl+F4 closes the
current document.
