Phillip Jordan should be plenty embarrassed when/if he figures out what he is doing that he is not telling us. He says he is downloading all 13,238k of LibreOffice 4.2. My download of 4.2.8.2 last night was of 215,400 kb, plus 5432 kb for the helppack, so of course nothing will work for him.
